Power BI Developer (PL-300 certification is must)

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Power BI Developer role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Power BI Developer will design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that support data-driven decisions. Responsibilities include building and optimizing data models, integrating data from multiple sources, and managing ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs, translating requirements into effective visualizations, and providing analytical insights. The developer will also monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices in business intelligence and data governance.

Qualifications

• Strong data modeling skills, including experience designing efficient and scalable Power BI data models.
• Hands-on experience creating and maintaining dashboards and visual reports in Power BI.
• Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present clear, actionable insights.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and working with structured and semi-structured data.
• Practical knowledge of Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes, including data integration and cleansing.
• PL-300: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst certification is required.
• Proficiency in DAX and Power Query (M), and familiarity with SQL or other query languages.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in business intelligence, reporting, or data analytics in a professional setting is preferred.
