Power BI Developer / Reports Analyst

Job Details: We are hiring a Power BI Developer / Reports Analyst to design, build, and maintain enterprise reports, dashboards, and semantic models sourced from cloud data platforms and SAP Business One.

• POSITION: Power BI Developer / Reports Analyst
• WORK SETUP: On-site / Head Office Deployment

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, build, and publish Power BI reports and dashboards for sales, store operations, supply chain, finance, and HR
• Build star-schema semantic models on curated Databricks gold-layer tables and SAP Business One data
• Write and optimize advanced DAX measures including time intelligence, period comparisons, and variance analysis
• Write SQL queries to explore, validate, shape source data, and reconcile report figures against source systems
• Manage Power BI workspaces, apps, deployment pipelines, scheduled refreshes, gateways, and row-level security (RLS)
• Gather reporting requirements, train report users on self-service analytics, and eliminate manual Excel reporting
• Document data definitions, business rules, and metric logic in the company data dictionary

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in Power BI development with production reports used by management
• Strong expertise in advanced DAX, star-schema data modeling, and SQL (Databricks, Spark SQL, or cloud data warehouses)
• Advantage: Experience with SAP Business One / HANA data, or background in Retail, F&B, or Hospitality industries
• Advantage: Microsoft PL-300 certification, Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric training
