Overview

Seeking a Power BI Integrator to establish enterprise reporting standards, improve dashboard usability and design, and develop executive-facing reporting solutions. This individual will work across multiple business and technology teams to integrate data from various enterprise systems, create impactful UI strong dashboards, and provide training and knowledge transfer to internal stakeholders.

Mandatory (Must Have)

• Power BI dashboard development with strong UI/UX and visualization expertise
• Advanced SQL skills and enterprise data integration experience
• Experience integrating data from databases, APIs, applications, and reporting platforms
• Experience establishing reporting standards, governance, and best practices
• Experience creating documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer plans

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience integrating Power BI with Workday, Banner, Slate, Salesforce, or similar enterprise platforms
• UX/UI design experience including dashboard usability, wireframing, prototyping, or user testing
• Experience developing executive KPI dashboards and analytics solutions
• Experience creating SOPs, workflow documentation, and reporting governance frameworks
• Experience working with ERP, CRM, or enterprise reporting environments

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Design and develop executive-level dashboards and reporting solutions
• Integrate Power BI with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and reporting platforms
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into reporting solutions
• Establish reporting standards, governance, and dashboard best practices across the organization
• Create visually compelling, user-friendly dashboards with a strong focus on usability and design
• Develop documentation, workflows, and knowledge transfer materials for internal teams
• Train IT staff on Power BI best practices, dashboard design, and reporting methodologies
• Recommend improvements to reporting architecture, dashboard strategy, and data visualization practices
• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
