Power BI Reporting Engineer | 10+ years Experience

Enqora Solutions is looking for an experienced Power BI Reporting Engineer to develop, optimize, and maintain enterprise-level business intelligence and reporting solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, SQL, data modeling, and reporting architecture, with experience delivering scalable dashboards and analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and enterprise reports.
• Develop and optimize complex DAX measures and calculations.
• Build efficient data models, including star and snowflake schemas.
• Use Power Query for data transformation, cleansing, and preparation.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting and analytics.
• Integrate data from multiple sources into Power BI.
• Implement row-level security (RLS) and data access controls.
• Optimize report performance, refresh schedules, and dataset efficiency.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies and reporting issues.
• Support report deployment, documentation, and ongoing enhancements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI.
• Advanced DAX, Power Query (M), and SQL.
• Data modeling, ETL, and dimensional modeling.
• Power BI Service, workspaces, gateways, and scheduled refresh.
• Dashboard performance optimization and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Fabric.
• Azure Data Factory and Azure SQL.
• Data warehousing and enterprise BI architecture.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Additional Requirements

• Comfortable with four office visits per month at an applicable office location.
• Willingness to complete background verification.
• Available for technical screening and interviews.
