该职位来源于猎聘 Job Summary Power busbar development manager serves as the core leadership position for the company’s automotive power busbar product development and manufacturing process optimization, undertaking end-to-end management of busbar technology iteration, process development, project delivery and mass production empowerment. The incumbent will lead a team of busbar engineers to drive the full lifecycle development and improvement of power busbar products, focusing on technological innovation, manufacturing feasibility verification and cost optimization, to build the company’s core competitiveness in the busbar business field. Key responsibilities include proactively researching and benchmarking cutting-edge, state-of-the-art power busbar technologies in the industry, conducting in-depth manufacturing feasibility studies for new busbar products and customized projects, and developing cost-effective, high-efficiency production and manufacturing processes. The position is responsible for delivering accurate and competitive prototype quotations to support business development and customer project bidding. In addition, the role will optimize and standardize mass production workflows, formulate mature and efficient volume production processes, and ensure the smooth transition from product prototype development to stable, high-quality and low-cost mass production. By leading the technical team to continuously iterate processes and upgrade technologies, the incumbent will help the company maintain product and process advantages in the competitive power busbar market, meet customer product customization and mass delivery requirements, and drive the sustainable development of the company’s busbar business. Main Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Project Management: Lead the internal busbar engineering team, arrange daily R&D and technical work, guide engineers to complete EV power busbar development tasks, unify technical directions, and promote on-time and high-quality delivery of all busbar projects.
• New Product & Technology Development: Continuously track and study state-of-the-art global busbar advanced technologies, conduct technical research and innovation, and apply cutting-edge technologies to the company’s EV power busbar product system to maintain technical leadership.
• Manufacturing Feasibility Study: Carry out comprehensive manufacturing feasibility analysis for new busbar products in the early development stage, evaluate design rationality, process adaptability, production difficulty and risk points, and put forward optimization suggestions to ensure products are production-oriented.
• Cost-Competitive Process Development: Independently develop and iterate low-cost, high-reliability busbar manufacturing processes, optimize raw material selection, processing procedures and production logic, effectively reduce product comprehensive costs, and build cost advantages for mass-produced products.
• Prototype Quotation Support: Based on product design, process scheme and cost accounting, provide accurate, reasonable and market-competitive prototype quotation solutions for new projects, support business negotiation and customer project approval.
• Mass Production Process Optimization: Develop and validate efficient mass production processes for EV power busbars, optimize production efficiency, improve product yield and consistency, solve technical and process bottlenecks in mass production, and realize stable, high-efficiency and large-scale production.
• Technical Iteration & Competitiveness Maintenance: Combine market demand and industry technology trends, continuously iterate busbar product designs and manufacturing processes, and balance product performance, cost and manufacturability to sustain core market competitiveness.
• Technical standardization for product and process: Establish power busbar product and process standard for design and manufacturing reference and easy for application.

Requirement and Capability

• Education requirement:

Bachelor's degree or above from electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or material science.

• Working Experience: More than 10 years in automotive Tier 1 and 5 years in power busbar related industry. At least one successful case with main responsibility to develop busbar from prototype to mass production.
• Professional Technical Capability: Proficient in EV power busbar product design, structural optimization, electrical performance verification and manufacturing process principles; familiar with mainstream busbar processing technologies (stamping, bending, brazing, diffusion welding, insulation, surface treatment, etc.) and new industry cutting-edge technologies.
• Process Development & Cost Control Capability: Have independent development experience of cost-competitive busbar manufacturing processes, capable of optimizing process flows and material schemes to reduce production costs; master product cost accounting logic, with strong cost control and cost optimization awareness.
• Feasibility Analysis & Problem-Solving Capability: Able to independently complete manufacturing feasibility evaluation for new busbar projects, accurately identify potential production and technical risks, design PFMEA, propose targeted improvement and solving schemes to ensure project manufacturability.
• Technology Research & Innovation Capability: Sensitive to the latest development trends of global busbar technology, capable of tracking, sorting out and absorbing state-of-the-art technologies, and transforming advanced technologies into practical product and process upgrades to drive technical iteration.
• Quotation & Commercial Support Capability: Familiar with new energy busbar prototype development and quotation standards, capable of combining product performance, process difficulty and market conditions to deliver competitive and accurate quotation plans.
• Mass Production Process Deployment Capability: Rich experience in busbar mass production process development and optimization, able to build efficient, stable and high-yield mass production systems, solve on-site process bottlenecks, and support large-scale batch production.
• Team Leadership & Management Capability: Possess team management experience, able to lead and guide busbar engineers to carry out R&D work, reasonably allocate team resources, coordinate project progress, and improve overall teamwork efficiency.
• Industry & Project Experience: Familiar with EV new energy power system and busbar product application scenarios, with complete new product development, technology upgrading and mass production landing project experience; strong market awareness to match industry competitive demands.
• Software experience: familiar with 2D CAD and 3D engineering design software, familiar with MS office software.
• Language capability: proficient in Mandarin and English in listening, writing and verbal communication.
