What they need
- Monitor and fine tune boiler and turbine operation parameter
- Coordinate to all relevant parties (Maintenance, Quality Control, Logistic, etc) to resolve operational bottleneck and issues
- Track fuel and water consumption
- Monitor treated water quality
- Identify and diagnose root cause of equipment failure
- Analyse operation data trend and take necessary actions
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulation
- Continuous review operating procedure for safety risk and improvement
- Manage assigned process project and task in alignment with Power Plant manager priorities
- To lead and improve the performance of his/her operators and supervisors
- Performs other duties as assigned
