Power Platform & Automation Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Automation & App Development: Design and build scalable end-to-end automations and custom business applications using Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Custom Code & Scripting: Develop custom automation scripts, API integrations, and system utilities using Python and C#.
• Process Assessment & Solution Design: Analyze existing business workflows, gather functional and technical requirements, and formulate clear technical documentation (PDDs/SDDs).
• System Integration: Connect automated workflows with databases (SQL), REST APIs, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and core enterprise applications.
• Testing & Support: Conduct unit testing, UAT support, debugging, and root-cause troubleshooting for deployed bots and tools.
• Governance & Standards: Adhere to software development best practices, security protocols, and version control (Git) standards.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in software development, RPA, or workflow automation.
• Core Tech Stack:
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Hands-on programming capability in Python and/or C# (Visual Studio / .NET).
• Database & Integrations: Proficiency in SQL and experience with REST APIs, JSON, and SharePoint integrations.
• Methodologies: Understanding of full SDLC, version control, and testing/debugging processes.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing communication skills.

Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php85,000.00 per month
