Power Platform & Dynamics 365 Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Power Platform & Dynamics 365 Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM customization and Microsoft Power Platform development.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Azure integrations. Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Sales Agent, and AI-driven solutions will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Customize, configure, enhance, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Develop and maintain Power Apps, including Model-driven Apps, and other Power Platform solutions.
• Design and implement solutions for Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service processes.
• Optimize lead management, opportunity management, sales conversion, and customer service workflows.
• Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows and business process automations.
• Build Power BI dashboards and reports using Dataverse and Application Insights data.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with Microsoft Azure services and third-party applications.
• Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 plugins, workflows, customizations, and integrations.
• Implement and support Microsoft Copilot / Sales Agent solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and identify automation opportunities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Dynamics 365 and Power Platform technical issues.
• Participate in solution design, technical discussions, and implementation activities.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members.

Required Skills

• 910 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 customization and development.

• Strong hands-on experience with:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service

• Power Apps / Model-driven Apps

• Power Automate

• Power BI

• Dataverse

• Azure Integration

• Strong experience in Dynamics 365 customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations.

• Experience with Application Insights and Dataverse.

• Good understanding of Microsoft Copilot, Sales Agent, or Generative AI solutions is preferred.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Certifications

• Microsoft PL-200 Power Platform Functional Consultant
• Microsoft PL-400 Power Platform Developer
• Equivalent Microsoft Power Platform / Dynamics 365 certifications
