Power Platform Developer

About the role:

This role is essential for developing low-code and pro-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. You will create custom applications, workflows, and dashboards to support field operations and internal teams, ensuring seamless integration with existing retail management systems and data sources.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain canvas apps, model-driven apps, and portals
• Build automated workflows using Power Automate
• Connect Power Apps to various data sources (Dataverse, SQL, SharePoint, APIs)
• Design and maintain data models and entities in Dataverse
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Implement data visualisation solutions for business insights
• Implement role-based security and data loss prevention (DLP) policies
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices
• Conduct solution testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Manage deployment pipelines and solution packages across environments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• 3+ years experience in Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Proficient in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI
• Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, and REST/GraphQL APIs
• Understanding of UI/UX principles for business applications
• Experience in retail, distribution, or manufacturing domain is preferred
• Knowledge of Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps) is a plus
• PL-900: Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals, PL-200: Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant or PL-400: Microsoft Power Platform Developer would be an advantage
