Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Integration (PowerPlatform) Developer to lead the design, development, and optimisation of enterprise data integration solutions using Microsoft Power Platform Dataflows. The successful candidate will be responsible for building scalable, reusable, and governed data preparation and transformation processes that serve as the foundation for reporting, analytics, and business intelligence across the organisation.

This role requires deep expertise in Power Platform Dataflows, Power Query (M), SQL development, ETL processes, and Power BI, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality, trusted data assets for business consumption.

The ideal candidate is a Power Platform Dataflows specialist who has extensive experience building and managing enterprise data transformation pipelines using the Microsoft ecosystem. They possess strong SQL and ETL capabilities and can leverage Power BI to deliver meaningful business insights built on trusted, governed data assets. This individual is comfortable working with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibility:

· Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Power Platform Dataflows.

· Build reusable and scalable data ingestion, cleansing, transformation, and enrichment processes.

· Develop complex data transformation logic using Power Query (M Language).

· Establish and maintain dataflow architecture, standards, governance, and best practices.

· Optimise dataflow performance, refresh schedules, and data lineage.

· Integrate data from multiple sources including Dataverse, SQL databases, APIs, SharePoint, and cloud platforms.

· Troubleshoot and resolve data quality, refresh, and performance issues.

· Ensure consistency, reliability, and governance of shared data assets.

· Develop and optimise complex T-SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and functions.

· Design and maintain reporting and analytical data structures.

· Perform query tuning and performance optimisation.

· Support data model development and database administration activities.

· Work closely with business and technical teams to translate data requirements into efficient database solutions.

· Develop and maintain Power BI datasets, semantic models, dashboards, and reports.

· Create meaningful visualisations and KPI reporting solutions.

· Develop DAX measures and calculations.

· Implement data security and Row-Level Security (RLS).

· Support self-service reporting capabilities across business teams.

· Document data movement processes and technical specifications.

Mandatory Skills:

· 5+ years of experience in Data Integration, & Data Engineering roles.

· Strong hands-on experience with:

o Power Platform Dataflows

o Power BI Dataflows

o Microsoft Dataverse

o Power Query (M Language)

o SQL Server and T-SQL

o ETL/ELT Design and Development

· Strong experience with Dataverse or Common Data Service.

· Experience integrating data from multiple sources including Dataverse, SQL Server, APIs, SharePoint, cloud platforms, and third-party applications.

· Strong understanding of data modelling principles and data warehousing concepts.

· Strong troubleshooting and performance optimisation skills.

· Comfortable contributing to code reviews, writing technical documentation, and participating in design sessions.

· Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

· Good communication skills – proficiency in English a must.

· Experience with enterprise ETL/data integration tools such as: SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and Informatica PowerCenter / Informatica Cloud

· Experience using Git, Azure DevOps, or other version control tools.

· Familiarity with agile environments (e.g., using Jira, Azure Boards).

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
