Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and support automation, application, and reporting solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem. This role will focus on Power Apps development, workflow automation, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, and Power BI/Fabric analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and modernize Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps solutions.
• Build and optimize Power Automate workflows to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Develop and enhance Copilot Studio agents to support business automation and user experience initiatives.
• Administer and support Dataverse, including data modeling, governance, and integrations.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions utilizing Microsoft Fabric.
• Develop scalable solutions that replace manual processes with automated, sustainable workflows.
• Enhance and maintain existing applications, ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, reporting quality, and adherence to development best practices.
• Participate in solution design reviews, testing, deployment, and ongoing support activities.
• Utilize source control and development lifecycle management practices through GitHub.

Qualifications:

• Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
• 6+ years of experience with Power Platform and Power Automate.
• 5+ years of SQL experience.
• 4+ years of experience with Power Apps, Power BI, GitHub, and Copilot Studio.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Fabric and SharePoint.
• Strong skills in Power Query, Python, and data integration.
• Solid understanding of databases, data structures, and reporting solutions.
• Experience automating manual processes and building scalable applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail with a focus on data quality and reporting accuracy.
• Experience with Alteryx. (preferred)
• Familiarity with SAS. (preferred)
