Power Platform / Dynamics 365 Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture, application design, development, and implementation using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Design and develop Dataverse data models, model-driven applications, and enterprise integrations.
• Build configurable case management workflows, business process automation, validation rules, and automated notifications.
• Design reporting solutions, dashboards, KPIs, and automated reporting using Power BI or comparable platforms.
• Implement application security, role-based access controls (RBAC), Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and audit logging.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules, 42 CFR Part 2, Section 508, WCAG, and applicable data protection requirements .
• Design secure document management, electronic forms, records retention, and sensitive data handling solutions.
• Support data migration, legacy system modernization, API integrations, and secure data exchange.
• Participate in all phases of the SDLC, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Perform troubleshooting, application enhancements, performance optimization, and production support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, security teams, and project managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop technical documentation and support user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and knowledge transfer.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Dynamics 365 experience , specifically Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
• 2+ years of Microsoft Power Platform experience.
• Demonstrated Dataverse architecture experience.
• Hands-on experience designing and developing model-driven applications.
• Experience with end-to-end system design, application integrations, and enterprise architecture.
• Experience designing reporting and dashboard solutions using Power BI or comparable platforms.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, including requirements analysis, system design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, business process automation, and API integrations.
• Understanding of application security, identity management, governance, and role-based access controls.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
