We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Service Coordinator to join a technology team supporting the effective adoption, governance and operational management of Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio and Dynamics 365 capabilities across a large organisation.

This is a coordination-focused role suited to someone who enjoys working across stakeholders, governance, service operations, compliance and technology teams . You will act as a key coordination point between business stakeholders, business developers, vendors and technical specialists, helping ensure Power Platform solutions are appropriately governed, supported and operationally ready.

About the Role

The Power Platform Service Coordinator will provide operational, governance, engagement and administrative coordination across the Power Platform environment.

You will help business areas and solution owners navigate governance requirements, engagement processes, environment management practices, solution onboarding, deployment readiness and ongoing operational responsibilities.

This is not a project delivery role . Instead, the focus is on providing visibility and coordination across governance, compliance, audit, reporting, operational processes and stakeholder engagement, enabling technical teams and business developers to deliver solutions within established standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary coordination point between the Power Platform team, business stakeholders, business developers and vendors.
• Support stakeholders in navigating Power Platform governance requirements, engagement processes, environment management standards and support pathways.
• Coordinate solution onboarding, governance reviews, production readiness assessments and deployment activities.
• Ensure governance documentation, approvals, support arrangements and Solution Catalogue records are completed and maintained.
• Coordinate and monitor deployment readiness processes and internal deployment checklists.
• Monitor compliance with platform governance standards, environment management requirements and operational procedures.
• Coordinate audit activities, governance reviews, compliance assessments and remediation actions.
• Assist with monitoring and reporting on governance activities, platform compliance, risks and operational metrics.
• Maintain visibility of active and proposed solutions, governance activities, audit actions, risks, dependencies and operational priorities.
• Coordinate governance forums, operational reviews, stakeholder meetings and reporting activities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, metrics and reporting relating to platform adoption, governance compliance, environment management, audit outcomes and service performance.
• Coordinate vendor engagement and assist vendors in meeting governance, security and operational requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve governance processes, reporting, automation, environment management and customer engagement.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across platform governance, operational management and customer enablement.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Strong stakeholder engagement and customer relationship management skills.
• Excellent organisational and coordination capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple activities and competing priorities.
• Experience in governance, compliance, audit, service coordination or operational administration .
• Experience developing or maintaining reports and dashboards, including Power BI .
• Strong written communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working within a business, technology, service delivery or operational environment .
• The ability to coordinate activities across technical and non-technical stakeholders and maintain strong visibility of actions, risks and dependencies.

Desirable Experience

Experience or knowledge in the following areas will be highly regarded:

• Microsoft Power Platform , including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Copilot Studio and/or Dynamics 365.
• ICT governance and compliance.
• Technology platform or service operations.
• Vendor engagement and coordination.
• Power BI reporting and dashboard development.
• Environment management and technology governance processes.
