Power Platform Solution Architect & Developer

We offer that Due to continued growth, we are hiring an experienced Power Platform Solution Architect & Developer who combines enterprise architecture expertise with hands-on development capability. The role involves designing and delivering new business applications, enhance and modernise existing solutions, and ensure that all implementations align with enterprise architecture, security, data, integration, governance, and application lifecycle management standards.

The successful candidate must demonstrate current, in-depth knowledge of established and emerging Power Platform capabilities and be able to select appropriate technologies based on business requirements, security, scalability, maintainability, supportability, licensing, and cost.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable Power Platform solution architecture.
• Lead discovery and technical design workshops to capture functional and non-functional requirements, assess constraints and dependencies, evaluate solution options, and translate agreed requirements into scalable, secure, supportable, and maintainable solution designs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers, consultants, and business analysts.
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and data governance standards.
• Establish development standards, conduct design, code, configuration, security, and release-readiness reviews to ensure solutions are testable, supportable, documented, and suitable for controlled deployment into production.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, delivery teams, and leadership.
• Create new enterprise-scale Power Platform solutions.
• Operate within the organisation’s architecture and delivery governance processes, presenting designs for review and working with enterprise architecture, data, security, integration, infrastructure, and operational support teams to resolve design decisions and delivery risks.
• Assess existing Power Platform solutions and lead their upgrade or modernisation, including remediation of technical debt, deprecated features, unsupported components, performance issues, security weaknesses, and gaps in documentation, monitoring, testing, or ALM.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering Microsoft Power Platform solutions, with demonstrated experience in both solution architecture and development within complex or enterprise environments.
• Proven experience designing, configuring, developing, testing, monitoring, and optimising Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate cloud flows, and Azure Logic Apps, applying best practices in user experience, accessibility, security, performance, delegation, error handling, maintainability, concurrency, retry policies, exception handling, secure connection management, service protection limits, and operational support.
• Experience in Power Platform security and governance, including environment strategy, Microsoft Entra ID groups, Dataverse security roles and teams, business units, field-level security, sharing, application access, service principals, service accounts, managed identities, and data loss prevention (DLP) policies.
• Strong knowledge of database design, data modelling, and data integration patterns, with hands-on experience in Dataverse, SharePoint, Power Pages, Power BI, standard and premium connectors, business process flows, classic workflows and their modernisation, Synapse Link, and enterprise integration solutions.
• Strong working knowledge of Azure services, including Azure Functions, Key Vault, Application Insights, and API Management, with

Desirable experience:

• Desirable Microsoft certifications include Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600), Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400), and Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200).
• Experience designing and delivering Copilot Studio agents, including topics, generative orchestration, knowledge sources, actions, authentication, analytics, governance, ALM, and responsible AI considerations.
