Client-Facing Developer / Technical Consultant | Power Platform

Our client, a leading Microsoft partner, is looking for a client-facing Power Platform Technical Consultant to join their growing delivery team. This role blends hands-on technical development with direct client engagement, guiding organizations through the design, build, and rollout of Power Platform solutions that solve real business problems.

The Role

• Work directly with clients to gather requirements, shape solution design, and translate business processes into scalable Power Platform builds
• Design, build, and configure solutions across Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse
• Lead or support workshops, demos, and UAT sessions as the technical face of the project
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Dynamics 365 (F&O / Business Central) and other Microsoft technologies
• Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and post-go-live support to client stakeholders
• Contribute to solution architecture, technical documentation, and best-practice standards

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience developing solutions on the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse; Power BI a plus)
• Strong client-facing skills — confident leading conversations with business and technical stakeholders alike
• Experience with Power Platform customization: JavaScript, C#, Plugins, PCF components, and/or Power Fx
• Familiarity with the wider Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem (Business Central and/or F&O) is highly desirable
• Understanding of Microsoft Power Platform architecture, security models, and ALM/DevOps practices
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working in a consulting, client-delivery environment
• Microsoft certifications (PL-200, PL-400, PL-600) are a strong plus
