Power Platform Technical Lead

We're looking for an experienced Power Platform Technical Lead to take technical ownership of a business-critical workflow solution being delivered as part of a wider technology modernisation programme.
This is a hands-on lead role where you'll guide the design and build across Microsoft Power Platform, while providing technical direction to developers and ensuring the solution is secure, maintainable and ready for production.

In addition, you will:

• Lead the technical design and implementation across Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse
• Lead development of Model-Driven Apps and workflow automation
• Provide technical direction, reviews and guidance to Power Platform developers
• Design and oversee integrations with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Outlook and Entra ID
• Implement Dataverse data models, security roles and role-based access
• Establish development standards and reusable patterns
• Support testing, deployments, environment management and production readiness
• Apply effective ALM practices, including solutions, environment variables, connection references and deployment pipelines

• Significant enterprise Microsoft Power Platform experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse and Power Automate
• Experience leading the technical delivery of workflow, case-management or business-process automation solutions
• Strong understanding of Dataverse security, data modelling and ALM
• Experience integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365 services
• Ability to lead developers and translate solution designs into practical technical delivery
