Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) is preferred.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, technical documentation, power cables, electrical design, or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of power cable systems and electrical engineering principles.
• Experience in preparing technical reports, engineering documents, and project correspondence in English.
• Computer literate; knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project planning software is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to quality and accuracy.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Willing to be assigned in Makati City or other project locations, as required.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and manage technical documents, specifications, drawings, calculations, procedures, and test reports for HV cable projects.
• Perform electrical and thermal calculations such as current-carrying capacity, overload analysis, induced voltage, short-circuit current, and cable impedance.
• Prepare and monitor production/project schedules using project planning and scheduling software.
• Maintain accurate, standardized, and traceable engineering documentation while ensuring compliance with project specifications and requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams to complete technical deliverables on time and support continuous improvement of engineering processes.
