Power Tool Service and Electronics Technician

We are seeking a detail-oriented Electronics Technician to join our maintenance facility. This role focuses on the diagnostic troubleshooting, repair, and routine servicing of commercial power tools and mechanical electronic devices.The ideal candidate will have direct experience addressing motor, wiring, and switch failures in field equipment.Core Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in a wide range of power tools, including drills, grinders, saws, and demolition hammers.
• Complete component-level repairs by replacing carbon brushes, bearings, armatures, cords, and power switches.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and insulation testing on electrical items to ensure operational safety.
• Read basic circuit schemas and utilize multimeters to isolate electrical failures.
• Log completed repair tasks and track active workshop spare parts inventory.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience strictly dedicated to power tool service and electrical maintenance.
• Strong manual dexterity and practical hands-on experience utilizing workshop diagnostic machinery.
• Proven ability to safely manage high-voltage and battery-powered components.
