该职位来源于猎聘 Position Overview： The Power BI Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards, reports, and data models that align with business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand analytical needs, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing data infrastructure. Key Responsibilities： [Data Visualization & Dashboard Development]:

• Build intuitive dashboards and reports using Power BI Designer and Power BI Service.
• Optimize visualizations for clarity, performance, and user accessibility. [Data Modeling & Integration]:
• Design and maintain complex data models (e.g., DAX formulas, relationships, calculations).
• Integrate data from various sources (SQL databases, APIs, cloud platforms) into Power BI. [Business Collaboration]: -Work closely with stakeholders (business analysts, IT teams, executives) to gather requirements and deliver tailored analytics solutions. -Translate business needs into technical specifications and validate outcomes. [Performance Tuning]: -Optimize datasets, queries, and report performance to handle large volumes of data efficiently. -Troubleshoot data discrepancies and resolve user-reported issues. [Documentation & Training]: -Create documentation for data models, dashboards, and end-user guides. -Train business users on how to interact with Power BI tools and interpret insights. Qualifications [Technical Skills]: -Expertise in Power BI Designer, Power BI Service, and related tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, SSRS). -Strong knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for advanced calculations and modeling. -Experience with data warehousing concepts (e.g., star schema, dimensional modeling). -Familiarity with Azure services (e.g., Power BI Embedded, Azure Data Factory) is a plus. [Business Acumen]: -Ability to understand business processes and translate them into analytical solutions. -Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. [Soft Skills]:
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated with a passion for learning and staying updated on Power BI trends. [Education & Experience]: -Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. -3+ years of experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role. Certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power BI Developer Associate) are highly valued.
