Powersports Assembly Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Assembly Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in assembly processes, particularly in working with Motorcycles, ATV & Side by Side equipment. This role requires hands-on experience with various tools and equipment, as well as the ability to read and interpret manuals. The Assembly Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. This role has an hourly base bay, or flat rate time based on performance at higher pay rates.

Responsibilities

• Assemble machines, including ATV, Side by Sides and Motorcycles following detailed specifications and instructions.
• Utilize hand tools and machinery to perform assembly tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Conduct inspections of assembled products to ensure compliance with Industry standards.
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and perform basic repairs as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and product quality.

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in assembly processes.
• Familiarity with reading schematics and technical drawings.
• Ability to use hand tools effectively for assembly tasks.
• Experience with measuring tools such as calipers and ohmmeters is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
