We are seeking a motivated Powersports Technician to join our service team at F&T VALLEY MOTORSPORTS SB. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide variety of vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, side-by-sides, and personal watercraft. We are willing to train the right individual who possesses a strong mechanical aptitude and a great attitude, though experienced techs will be able to hit the ground running in our performance-driven environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and fuel injection systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance and safety inspections (e.g., oil changes, brake service, fluid flushes, tire installations) efficiently to maximize flag hours.
• Execute engine, transmission, and drivetrain repairs or rebuilds.
• Install aftermarket accessories, performance upgrades, and custom parts.
• Clearly document all diagnostics, parts required, and labor time on repair orders.
• Maintain high efficiency and quality metrics to ensure low comeback rates.
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe personal workspace.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Professional powersports or motorcycle repair experience in a shop setting is not required, but it is definitely a plus.
• Certifications: Technical degree in powersports/small engine repair or factory training certifications (BRP, Suzuki, Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Polaris, Harley-Davidson) is a strong asset.
• Tools: Must possess a set of personal hand tools and air/electric tools appropriate for the trade (or a strong commitment to building a toolkit).
• Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, basic understanding of 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines, and a willingness to learn.
• Requirements: A valid driver's license with a motorcycle endorsement (or willingness to obtain one) and a clean driving record.
• Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform physical work in a shop environment.
