Compensation
Our compensation structure provides technicians with a guaranteed $20/hour during an introductory ramp-up period of up to 90 days while they become familiar with our brands, systems, and service processes.
Experienced technicians who demonstrate the ability to meet production expectations may transition to the flat-rate pay structure sooner.
Our performance-based flat-rate plan begins at $40/flag hour, with additional earning potential based on monthly productivity:

$40/flag hour through 120 flagged hours per month

$45/flag hour for each flagged hour over 120 per month

$50/flag hour for each flagged hour over 160 per month

Technicians are paid biweekly. Flag-hour productivity tiers are calculated monthly, with any additional earnings generated by the higher productivity tiers paid on the designated biweekly payroll according to the company payroll calendar.
The introductory hourly rate provides income stability while technicians get up to speed, while experienced and productive technicians have the opportunity to move into the flat-rate structure based on demonstrated performance.
