Powersports Mechanic

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Powersports Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in powersports engine repair and a strong background working on all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), utility task vehicles (UTVs), and snowmobiles. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of powersports equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety for our customers. The successful applicant will be detail-oriented, efficient, and passionate about powersports machinery.

Responsibilities

• Perform engine repairs and troubleshooting on powersports equipment, including ATVs, UTVs, and snowmobiles.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
• Repair or replace faulty components such as engines, transmissions, suspension systems, and electrical parts.
• Test repaired equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Keep accurate records of repairs, parts used, and services performed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding repair status and recommendations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in powersports engine repair with a focus on all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), UTVs, and snowmobiles.
• Strong mechanical skills with the ability to diagnose complex issues efficiently.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, fuel systems, and other key components specific to powersports equipment.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Valid relevant certifications or training in powersports or motorcycle/mechanic fields is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
