Job Roles

• Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs, responding to their questions, managing their concerns and problems and providing them with solutions
• Communicate repairs to customers
• Work with the service manager and technicians
• Schedule service and repair appointments
• Estimate cost and time of services
• Promote services offered by the dealership
• Provide excellent customer service
• Work collaboratively with the other departments and employees to achieve the overall goals of the business
