About The Role The Talent Engineer Program at VinFast is a unique opportunity for early-career engineers to join our R&D team as full-time engineers while being mentored by lead experts in the field. This program is designed to build core engineering talent across key domains in Powertrain and Thermal Systems , shaping future leaders of automotive innovation.

Participants will be assigned to a specific domain based on their educational background, technical skills, or work experience.

Available Domains Powertrain Module:

• Drivetrain and Control
• Thermal Calibration

Thermal Center

• HVAC Hardware Design
• HVAC System Design
• Thermal Function and Control (Software & Algorithm Development)
• Thermal Integration

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Automotive Engineering Foundational Knowledge Or Experience In Areas Such As

• Powertrain and thermal system development
• Climate control and vehicle comfort systems
• Electric drive systems and high-voltage components
• Thermal control units and high-voltage batteries

Familiarity with automotive development processes

Strong motivation, self-learning ability, and initiative

Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in multi-national teams and deliver under pressure

Problem-solving mindset, even outside core areas of expertise

Experience with project planning and tracking is a plus
