PP2 (Pre-Primary 2) Teacher

Location: LITTLE CATERPILLARS PRESCHOOL, MANIKONDA, HYDERABAD
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Preschool/Kindergarten Teaching
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, creative, and caring PP2 Teacher who can create a joyful and engaging learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of early childhood education and be committed to nurturing every child's academic, social, emotional, and physical development.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct age-appropriate, activity-based learning sessions.
• Foster children's language, numeracy, cognitive, and motor skill development.
• Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Prepare teaching aids, learning materials, and classroom displays.
• Observe, assess, and document each child's progress.
• Maintain student portfolios and assessment records.
• Encourage positive behaviour and develop social-emotional skills.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and well-being.
• Participate in school events, celebrations, PTMs, workshops, and training sessions.
• Ensure children's safety, hygiene, and overall well-being throughout the school day.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow teachers and school leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Diploma/Certification in Early Childhood Education (NTT, Montessori, ECCEd or equivalent) is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in a Preschool, Kindergarten, or Early Years setting.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Basic computer knowledge.
