PPAP Documentation

Job Description -

Prepare and submit PPAP packages according to customer requirements (AIAG standards).

Review engineering drawings and specifications.

Coordinate with quality, production, and engineering teams for required documents.

Ensure dimensional reports, material certifications, and testing results are accurate.

Manage customer approvals and address PPAP rejections or concerns.

Maintain PPAP records and documentation.

Support new product launches and engineering changes.

Work with suppliers to collect and review supplier PPAP documents (if required).

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.

Experience in PPAP documentation and submission.

Knowledge of core tools: APQP, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC.

Good understanding of customer-specific requirements.

Strong attention to detail.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in automotive manufacturing.

Knowledge of IATF 16949 quality standards.

Ability to read technical drawings and GD&T.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
