ABOUT HOMELY MEDIA
We're a Huntsville, Alabama marketing company running Google Ads, SEO, and local media. What makes us different: we own and operate our own portfolio of companies, and we run paid search on our own money before we run it on anyone else's.
Our actual results:

• Plastic Fusion Fabricators (industrial geomembranes): 50.22x ROAS
• The Trade Table (home improvement ecommerce): 21.24x ROAS
• TriHaz Solutions (medical waste disposal): 12.50x ROAS
• Bear Brothers Cleaning (residential cleaning): 5.69x ROAS

Industry average ROAS is roughly 2x. A campaign considered excellent hits 4x.
We also operate local newsletters across three Southeast markets with nearly 10,000 subscribers and close to 10,000 social followers. That audience is where many of our client relationships start.
THE ROLE
We're opening our agency to outside clients and need an experienced PPC account manager to own those accounts end to end. You'll handle both the strategy and the client relationship on the technical side.
This is not a heads-down execution role. You'll be on calls with business owners explaining what's happening in their account and why.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build and manage Google Ads campaigns for local service and B2B clients
• Set up and verify conversion tracking so every lead is accountable
• Weekly optimization: bids, budgets, negative keywords, search terms, ad copy
• Monthly performance reporting in plain English
• Join client calls and answer technical questions directly. You're the expert in the room.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years managing Google Ads accounts with documented results
• US-based. You'll be speaking with American business owners.
• Excellent verbal communication. You can explain cost per lead to someone who has never run an ad and make them feel confident, not lost.
• Results-focused. I don't care which bidding strategy you prefer. I care whether the account produces leads at a cost that makes the client money.
• Experience with local service or B2B accounts preferred: home services, industrial, professional services
• Comfortable owning a client relationship, not just an ad account

COMPENSATION
Paid per account, monthly, scaled by account size:

• Client ad spend up to $10K/mo: $700 - $900 per account
• Client ad spend $10K - $25K/mo: $1,200 - $1,400 per account
• Client ad spend $25K - $50K/mo: $1,900 - $2,100 per account

Starting with one account and scaling as we bring on more clients.
TO APPLY, INCLUDE ALL FIVE:

• One Google Ads account you managed end to end for 12+ months. Industry, monthly spend, and a specific CPL or ROAS improvement with real numbers.
• An account you turned around. What was broken, what you changed, what happened.
• Your first 30 days on an account with proven campaigns and revenue-generating keywords you've never seen. What do you do first?
• A 2-3 minute voice recording introducing yourself and walking through your experience. You'll be on client calls, so I need to hear you talk. Record on your phone and attach the file.
• Your rate expectations and availability.
