What Were Looking For
- 3+ years in performance marketing analytics
- Strong Excel/Sheets skills; dashboarding tools (Looker Studio etc.) a plus
- Ability to translate numbers into plain-language recommendations
- Genuine curiosity about why a campaign is or isnt working
