Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Performance/Paid Marketing across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Google Ads experience.
• Mandatory experience with Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads
• Strong knowledge of paid media strategy, execution, optimization, bidding, and analytics.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for campaign optimization and efficiency.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; relevant certifications are preferred.

Hands-on Experience With

• Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads & Bing/Microsoft Ads.
• GA4, GTM & Looker Studio.
• Performance metrics including CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS & ROI.
• Medium to large campaign budgets and attribution models.

Scope of Work Strategy & Execution

• Plan, execute, optimize, and manage paid campaigns end-to-end.
• Develop cross-channel strategies, budget forecasts, and growth plans.
• Use AI and automation to improve campaign efficiency and scalability.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
