PPC & Customer Coordination Executive

Job Description – Production Planning & Customer Coordination Executive

We are looking for a Production Planning & Customer Coordination Executive to coordinate customer orders, production planning, delivery schedules and inter-department activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily/weekly production plans based on customer orders and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, Quality and Dispatch departments.
• Monitor production progress and follow up on pending/urgent orders.
• Track customer orders from order receipt to final dispatch.
• Coordinate with customers regarding order status, requirements and delivery schedules.
• Handle customer queries and coordinate with internal departments for resolution.
• Check raw material availability and follow up for material shortages.
• Monitor delivery commitments and support on-time delivery.
• Maintain Production Plan, Order Status, Pending Order and Delivery Schedule reports.
• Update relevant information in ERP and maintain records.
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports using MS Excel.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• ERP knowledge will be an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities.
• Basic English communication skills.

Qualification:

DME / Diploma Mechanical / B.E. Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering preferred... B.Sc. candidates with relevant manufacturing knowledge may also be considered.

Experience:

Fresher / 1–3 years of relevant experience.

Salary:

₹16,000 – ₹24,000 per month, depending on qualification and experience.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
