 ➢ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES HANDLED- 1) Supply Chain Management • Responsible for monitoring and execution of customer’s orders through tools like Order Tracking System to achieve 100 percent delivery compliance within given time frame. • Improved on time delivery from 84% to 95% working as a liaison between sales, manufacturing, and shipping. • Designed a system for all production supplies, reducing on hand inventory 50%. • Coordination with plant and sales offices for centrally monitoring and planning the execution of customer orders, prioritising the customer needs. • Coordination and follow up with the regional sales team for proper financial instrument payment and necessary shipment documents from the customers to ensure proper dispatches without any hassles. • To ensure that delivery timelines are met in order fulfil the order booked. • Daily updating on open orders, stocks, slow and non-movement steel sections/plates, by informing the regional sales heads. • Facilitating the daily & weekly production plan through demand forecasting of customers in order to strengthen the supply chain, reducing the inventory holding cost. • Handling inventory planning and control and slow moving and non-moving analysis. • Monitoring customer centric operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving service quality norms. • Managing the Logistics operations for effective dispatches to meet the customer’s need giving edge to the effective and cost saving distribution system. • Sometimes direct interaction with customers to know urgency (or) to ensure deliveries and suggesting alternative sizes. • Sound knowledge of documentations related to sales and distribution processing, billing invoice, and excise invoice, incoterms • Sales order management: to ensure the orders are correctly processed and dispatched in line with customer requirements through multiple fulfilment centres within agreed KPIs • Take responsibility for the management, training, supporting and ongoing coaching of customer services and fulfilment team in line with core skills / competencies identified • To plan and ensure smooth operation of out- bond logistics, ( Road and Rake Dispatch)  2) Production Planning Control: • Directing production activities with responsibility for strategic utilization of available resources & machine loading as per production schedules and maximizing EBITDA by allocation of steel; executing cost saving techniques to achieve reduction in terms of inventories-days and maintaining inventories at min level. • Establish TOC frameworks for bottle neck identification (Contribution/Hr., Throughput accounting, OTIF, Cash velocity) in Planning, Sales and Operations functions. • Steering the successful roll-out of plant operations with responsibility of defining scope, setting timelines, analysing requirements, prioritizing tasks and identifying dependencies as per preset budgets • Planning and Coordination with Regional Marketing team, Mill, QC, and Logistics for day-to-day dispatches by Rail & Road. • Coordination between operations and technical marketing team to facilitate new customer development and complaint redressal • Managing Finished Goods inventory. • Coordinating with mill stock yard & regional stock yard to avoid excess production • Handling quality issues • Provide continual improvement of the planning and reporting process. • Participating in special project meetings. • Monitoring the price factor while processing order plan. • Monitoring MOQ while releasing the orders for production. • Production schedules are drawn on dependent of quantity. • Cost reduction by minimising the wastage. • Control on inventory and logistics management. 3) Outbound Logistics (Rail movements) • Supervision of Outbound Logistics at private siding. • Operational and Commercial activities of Rail and Road Management – Outbound Logistics • Inventory Management. • Coordination with ports, PPC, bi-products section, marketing teams and invoice section for compliance of dispatch plan and timely delivery (Customer satisfaction.) • Coordination with Indian Railway officials to match Supply & Demand. • Team leader to reduce TAT of rakes in coordination with Tippler in charges and FG Loading point in charges. (Process Optimization). • Monitoring Idle Freight and Punitive overloading in rakes. • Ensure timely invoicing, effective MIS circulation, maintaining data quality. • Identification of new opportunities, route Optimization- Cost Optimized Logistics Models.  4) Outbound Logistics (Road Movements) • Handling of routine as well as developmental works (system) in road dispatch of steel products. • Dealing with transporters and production unit for compliance of dispatch plan and ultimately timely dispatch and delivery (customer satisfaction). • Generation and compilation of MIS for performance tracking in despatch as well as turnaround time reduction. • Development of tracking through GPS of outbound vehicles and implementation of new initiatives. • Yard Management- Proper Management of semi-finished products yard in order to facilitate efficient loading of trailers and rakes. • Imparting safety training to workers for loading of semi-finished goods in rakes and trailors. • Managing Internal shifting of Cement, Direct Reduced Iron (DRI) and Pig iron. • Allocation of daily dispatch plan to transporters, Placement of vehicles & OBD creation. • Inventory management of Road permit (capture, utilization and reconciliation).

EDUCATION: ❖ BE (Production Engineering) from Guru Gobind Singhji college of Eng and Technology – Nanded (MS), with 67% marks in 2000. ❖ Certificate course from IIM Bangalore - 2026
