PPC Engineer

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans based on customer orders and delivery schedules.
• Prepare machine-wise and mould-wise schedules for injection moulding machines.
• Check machine capacity, mould availability and manpower before finalizing the plan.
• Plan raw materials such as plastic granules, masterbatch and additives.
• Coordinate with Stores and Purchase to ensure material availability.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, Stores and Dispatch.
• Monitor Plan vs Actual production and identify delays.
• Track machine utilization, cycle time, downtime and rejection.
• Control RM, WIP and finished-goods inventory.
• Follow up on mould breakdowns, machine breakdowns and changeovers to minimize production loss.
• Prepare daily production reports, MIS and Excel/ERP reports.
• Ensure customer orders are completed according to the required delivery date.
• Analyze production deviations and take corrective action.
• Support improvement of productivity, cycle time, changeover time and inventory levels.

Pay: ₹20,256.42 - ₹25,211.58 per month
