PPC Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production plans
• Ensure optimum utilization of machines, manpower, and materials
• Coordinate with procurement, stores, and production teams for smooth operations
• Monitor production vs plan variance and take corrective actions
• Track inventory levels and plan material requirements (MRP)
• Generate and maintain MIS reports and dashboards
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency
• Support S&OP planning and forecasting activities
• Ensure timely order execution and dispatch planning

Preferred candidate profile

Excel & Data Skills (Mandatory):

• Advanced Excel functions: VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, XLOOKUP
• Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts
• Data analysis using Power Query / Power Pivot (preferred)
• Dashboard creation and automation
• Handling large datasets and data cleaning
• Knowledge of Macros / VBA

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally / etc.)
• Understanding of production processes and supply chain flow

Manufacturing (Hardware, FMCG, Packaging, Engineering, etc.)
