Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced PPC Executive to manage production planning, material availability, inventory coordination, and timely execution of production schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Sales, and Dispatch teams.
• Prepare production schedules based on customer orders and delivery requirements.
• Monitor RM and packaging material availability for production.
• Track production progress against planned targets.
• Identify production delays, shortages, and bottlenecks and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Maintain PPC reports, production records, and MIS.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Stores/Purchase for material requirements.
• Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely production and dispatch.
• Prepare and maintain production planning and material requirement reports.
• Coordinate with the production team to optimize machine and manpower utilization.
• Maintain accurate data in ERP/MIS systems.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and customer delivery timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate/Diploma in Production, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in PPC/Production Planning.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple production priorities and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Vasai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
