Job Summary

We are looking for a PPC Executive to handle production planning, material planning, inventory control, and coordination with different departments to ensure smooth production and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare production plans based on customer orders, forecasts, and inventory levels.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, and Sales teams for smooth execution of plans.
• Monitor daily production progress and update schedules as required.
• Plan raw material and component requirements based on production needs.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely availability of materials.
• Avoid material shortages and excess inventory through effective planning.
• Maintain production, material consumption, and inventory records.
• Prepare regular reports related to production and inventory.
• Update and monitor planning data in ERP/MRP systems.
• Track production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Production Planning.
• Understanding of Material Planning and Inventory Control.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/MRP systems.
• Good coordination, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple production schedules and priorities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Vasai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
