Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven PPC Executive to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms. The candidate will be responsible for campaign planning, execution, optimization, performance tracking, and reporting to maximize ROI and achieve client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, audience research, and campaign planning.
• Create and manage Search, Display, Performance Max, Video, Shopping, and remarketing campaigns.
• Set up conversion tracking, pixels, events, and audience targeting.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and other key metrics.
• Optimize campaigns through keyword refinement, bid adjustments, audience optimization, ad testing, and budget allocation.
• Conduct A/B testing of ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and targeting.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and implement corrective actions.
• Manage daily and monthly advertising budgets effectively.
• Prepare performance reports with insights and optimization recommendations.
• Coordinate with the design, content, SEO, and development teams for campaign requirements.
• Work closely with clients to understand campaign objectives and provide performance updates.
• Stay updated with changes in Google Ads, Meta Ads, tracking systems, and paid marketing trends.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Good understanding of PPC, SEM, conversion optimization, and lead-generation campaigns.
• Knowledge of keyword research and Google Keyword Planner.
• Understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, UTM parameters, and remarketing.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Good understanding of CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in PPC/Paid Marketing/Digital Marketing.
• Google Ads certification is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
