Job Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. The candidate should be comfortable with day-to-day campaign execution, optimization, reporting, research, and basic tracking. The role will involve working on both Ecommerce/DTC and B2B lead generation campaigns for Indian and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

● Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

● Perform daily account hygiene and performance checks.

● Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research.

● Monitor campaign budgets and performance.

● Execute creative, audience, keyword, and campaign tests.

● Analyse metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, and CVR.

● Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

● Identify underperforming campaigns and suggest optimizations.

● Perform basic landing page and funnel analysis.

● Identify and troubleshoot conversion tracking issues.

● Support media planning and campaign scaling under senior guidance.

Required Skills

● 1–2 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.

● Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

● Ability to independently set up and manage standard campaigns.

● Good understanding of campaign optimization and performance metrics.

● Basic knowledge of conversion tracking and attribution.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Good working knowledge of Google Sheets.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
