The Team You’ll Join

Ecomm Rewards is a division of Future PLC, a global multi-platform media company known for market-leading brands across technology, gaming & entertainment, music, creative & photography, field sports, knowledge, and home interest sectors. Ecomm Rewards finds and publishes the best money-saving deals, voucher codes, and discounts for audiences in the UK and US. Creating value for our audience is central to our mission.

What you'll do

The PPC Executive will support the Marketing Team by building, running, and optimising PPC campaigns day-to-day. Working closely with the Senior PPC Executive and reporting to the Senior PPC Manager, you'll handle campaign builds, keyword and ad copy management, bid adjustments, and performance reporting. Your work will help make sure campaigns hit their targets and deliver measurable ROI.

This role suits someone with some hands-on paid search experience, ideally in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, who wants to sharpen their skills in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You'll get structured support, exposure to large-scale UK and US accounts, and a clear path towards a Senior PPC Executive role.

What you’ll bring

  • 1–2 years' hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns, whether in-house or at an agency.
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads; experience with Google Ads Editor and/or SA360 is a plus.
  • A solid understanding of core PPC metrics and how they tie to ROI and profitability.
  • Basic understanding of automated bidding strategies.
  • An interest in AI tools, with the ability to explore how they can support campaign optimisation, data analysis, and marketing efficiency.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas).
  • An analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, and the confidence to share findings with the team.
  • A proactive, curious approach and a willingness to learn.
  • Google Ads certification is desirable. Experience in affiliate, e-commerce, or deals/voucher environments is a bonus.
  • Exposure to paid social advertising platforms, such as Meta Ads, would be an advantage.

Minimum Requirements

  • 1–2 years’ experience managing paid search campaigns, in-house or agency-side.
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and core PPC metrics.
  • Understanding of automated bidding strategies and campaign performance optimisation.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and an analytical, detail-oriented approach.
  • Clear communication skills, with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Interest in AI tools and their application to campaign optimisation and marketing efficiency.

What we offer

  • Uncapped leave
  • Enhanced parental leave
  • Discounted rates with Dental care and Private Medical care
  • When we hit our targets, enjoy a share of our profits with a bonus
  • Refer a friend scheme - with payment following the successful hire.

  • Opportunity to purchase shares in Future, with our Share Incentive Plan
  • Salary sacrifice Pension scheme up to 5% match
