Experience Requirement: Candidates must have 2–10 years of relevant experience specifically in Core PPC (Production Planning & Control).

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled PPC professional with strong hands-on experience in production planning, scheduling, material coordination, and production control. The candidate should have practical knowledge of manufacturing processes and the ability to ensure smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans as per customer requirements.

Monitor production schedules and ensure timely execution of production targets.

Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, Quality, and Dispatch departments.

Monitor raw material availability and ensure timely material planning.

Track production progress, machine capacity, and manpower utilization.

Prepare and maintain MIS reports, production reports, and planning records.

Identify production bottlenecks and take corrective actions to avoid delays.

Monitor WIP (Work in Progress), inventory levels, and pending orders.

Coordinate with purchase and stores teams for material shortages and follow-ups.

Ensure effective production control and timely delivery commitments.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Core PPC functions.

Production planning and scheduling.

Material Requirement Planning (MRP).

Capacity planning and production monitoring.

Inventory and WIP control.

MIS reporting and Excel knowledge.

ERP/SAP knowledge will be an added advantage.

Good coordination and problem-solving skills.

Important Experience Criteria

Candidates with 2–10 years of relevant Core PPC experience are eligible.

Preference will be given to candidates with strong hands-on PPC experience.

Candidates whose overall experience is high but whose relevant PPC experience is limited will not be preferred.

Candidates with experience primarily in Production, Quality, Stores, or other departments without substantial Core PPC exposure are not suitable.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
