About the Role

Xziant Communication Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and results-driven PPC Expert to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns for our US Process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing PPC campaigns to generate qualified leads, improve campaign performance, and maximize ROI in the US market. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, keyword research, campaign optimization, conversion tracking, performance analysis, and paid search strategies. Experience in managing campaigns targeting the US market will be preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and data-driven decision-making skills are required.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns targeting the US market.
• Manage campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search-term analysis.
• Develop and optimize ad copies, extensions/assets, landing page strategies, and audience targeting.
• Monitor key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and impression share.
• Regularly analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven optimization strategies.
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient utilization of advertising spend.
• Identify negative keywords and continuously refine keyword targeting.
• Perform A/B testing of ad copies, keywords, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Ads.
• Troubleshoot tracking and campaign-related issues and coordinate with relevant teams when required.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify new opportunities for campaign growth.
• Stay updated with changes in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, PPC best practices, and digital advertising trends.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 25 years of hands-on experience in PPC/Paid Search.
• Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads/Bing Ads.
• Experience managing campaigns for the US market is preferred.
• Good understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
• Working knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Understanding of conversion tracking and attribution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and make performance-driven decisions.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
