Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Head – PPC to lead our Production Planning, Project Planning and Control activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective planning, coordination and timely execution of projects while working closely with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality and Design teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead PPC and project planning activities to ensure timely execution of projects.
• Prepare and monitor production/project plans, schedules and timelines.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality and Design departments for smooth project execution.
• Monitor availability of materials, resources and manpower as per project requirements.
• Track project progress against planned schedules and identify delays or bottlenecks.
• Take corrective actions to ensure projects are completed within the committed timelines.
• Monitor production and project status and provide regular MIS and management reports.
• Ensure effective utilization of manpower, machines and other resources.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and work with concerned departments for timely resolution.
• Drive process improvement and planning efficiency.
• Manage and guide the PPC/project planning team.
• Ensure proper communication and coordination across departments.

Qualification

Mechanical Engineer from NTTF / GTTC / CIPET / DME, Any of these only

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in PPC, Project Management, Production Planning or related functions in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in Tool Room / Mould Manufacturing / Engineering Manufacturing will be an advantage.
