Roles & Responsibilities | HPDC Manufacturing: -
- Responsible for production planning, scheduling, and control as per customer requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery through effective machine loading and capacity planning.
- Monitor daily production targets, plan vs. actual output, and machine utilization.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Tool Room, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase, and Dispatch teams.
- Manage raw material planning, inventory control, and WIP monitoring.
- Monitor production efficiency, rejection, downtime, and delivery performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Implement cost reduction, productivity improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure on-time customer delivery and achieve production targets.
