PPC Senior Executive

Location: Vasai (East), Maharashtra

Experience: 3–6 Years
Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering
Preferred Industry: Rubber, Plastic, Pharmaceutical Packaging, Medical Devices or Manufacturing

Job Summary

Prepare and monitor production schedules, coordinate material availability, track production progress, and maintain PPC MIS to ensure smooth production flow and timely completion of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders and requirements.
• Prepare machine-wise and process-wise production schedules.
• Monitor production plan versus actual output and follow up on pending orders.
• Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, Quality, Maintenance and Dispatch teams.
• Monitor raw material, packing material and consumable availability; highlight shortages in advance.
• Track work-in-progress (WIP), finished goods requirements and production backlogs.
• Monitor machine capacity, utilization and production constraints.
• Revise schedules based on material availability, machine breakdowns, and customer priorities, with required approvals.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly PPC MIS, production tracking sheets and plan-versus-actual reports using MS Excel.
• Identify production delays and support corrective actions and process improvements.
• Maintain accurate planning records and ensure compliance with applicable SOPs, GMP and ISO 13485:2016 / ISO 15378:2017 requirements.
• Support 5S, Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of production planning and control, production scheduling, and material planning.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes such as moulding, assembly, printing, punching and sorting.
• Strong MS Excel, MIS preparation and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of WIP control, inventory coordination and machine capacity utilization.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
