About Us

Brand Contrivers is a performance-driven digital marketing agency. We manage paid media, SEO, content, and web services for clients across the US and India. We’re looking for a hands-on PPC Specialist who has run US campaigns and knows how to turn ad spend into measurable results.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, build, launch, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for US-based clients
• Manage monthly budgets across multiple accounts and pace spend against targets
• Do keyword research, build audiences, and structure accounts for scale
• Set up and audit conversion tracking: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversions API
• Run A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies
• Improve CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates through ongoing optimization
• Build weekly and monthly performance reports and explain results clearly to US clients
• Work with the creative team on ad copy and visuals for US audiences
• Stay current with platform updates, privacy changes, and new ad formats

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on PPC experience managing live ad accounts
• Required: Proven experience running campaigns for US clients or the US market
• Required: Strong experience in Meta Ads Manager (campaign setup, audiences, lookalikes, retargeting, creative testing)
• Strong experience in Google Ads (Search, PMax, Shopping or Display)
• Solid understanding of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel/CAPI, and conversion tracking
• Comfortable managing budgets of [$X–$Y/month] across accounts
• Analytical mindset, good with Excel or Google Sheets and data-driven decisions
• Excellent written and spoken English for direct client communication
• Willing to work in US-aligned shifts

Nice to Have

• Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications
• Experience with lead generation, local services, healthcare/wellness, education, or e-commerce clients
• Familiarity with Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or TikTok Ads
• Experience with Looker Studio or other reporting dashboards
• Agency background managing several accounts at once
