PPC Staff

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production plans and schedules.
• Monitor actual production output against planned production targets.
• Coordinate production schedules based on customer orders, priorities, and delivery requirements.
• Check material availability and coordinate with Purchasing and Warehouse regarding shortages and replenishment.
• Monitor inventory levels, raw materials, work-in-process (WIP), and finished goods.
• Coordinate with Production regarding manpower, machine capacity, and production requirements.
• Follow up on production progress and identify potential delays or bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with concerned departments to resolve material, production, quality, and delivery issues.
• Update production schedules when there are changes in orders, priorities, materials, or production capacity.
• Prepare and maintain production reports, schedules, inventory records, and other PPC-related documents.
• Monitor production lead times and support on-time delivery performance.
• Ensure accuracy of production data and planning information in ERP/MRP systems or other company systems.
• Analyze production performance and provide updates or recommendations to supervisors or management.
• Assist in improving production planning processes, workflow, and resource utilization.
• Perform other duties related to production planning and control as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Preferably with experience in production planning, manufacturing, inventory control, or PPC.
• Knowledge of production planning, inventory management, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
