Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled **PPC Team Lead /

Expert** to

manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Google, Bing, and

other major platforms. The ideal candidate will lead the PPC team, drive

performance-focused strategies, and ensure superior ROI for client accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, review, and execute daily PPC operations across

  Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search platforms for multiple client

  accounts.

• Develop and manage extensive keyword lists to ensure

  campaign coverage and precision.

• Create compelling ad copy and guide design teams on

  graphical ad templates.

• Oversee Display Network activities, including placement

  list management across Google Ads and contextual advertising platforms.

• Recommend and execute strategiesfor keyword

  opportunities, campaign structure, audience targeting, bidding, and

  display network optimization aligned with client goals.

• **Set up, optimize, and lead new PPC campaigns,**ad groups,

  accounts, and paid media initiatives.

• **Generate and review weekly and monthly performance

  reports,** including key metrics, conversions, revenue

  tracking, and goal progress.

• **Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, tools, and industry

  developments**to continuously enhance performance.

• Monitor and analyze search performanceacross major

  platforms to identify opportunities and issues.

• Communicate effectively with management and clients

  regarding campaign updates, timelines, and performance insights.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams(content,

  design, SEO, development) to ensure all strategies align with client

  objectives.

• Mentor and guide junior PPC team members, ensuring

  quality standards and timely delivery.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics

  tools.

• Expertise in keyword research, bidding strategies, remarketing, and

  audience targeting.

• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple accounts efficiently.

• Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

• Certifications in Google Ads / Analytics (preferred).
