PPIC

Responsibility :

• Ensure daily bicycle shipment requirements are fulfilled.
• Ensure the availability of parts supply from vendors.
• Ensure the availability of parts supply from the warehouse.
• Create Purchase Requisitions (PR) for cartons, non-BOM materials, rims, and rim components.
• Ensure actual bicycle production aligns with the PPIC production plan.
• Take full responsibility for production execution on the shop floor.
• Develop production schedules for in-house rim manufacturing.
• Ensure carton and rim inventory levels meet agreed targets.
• Follow up with related parties to resolve dead stock issues.
• Manage and clean up inventory for stock categories 1020 and 1021.

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis for planning and reporting purposes.

• Data Analysis & Statistics

• Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel : Pivot, VLOOKUP, formulas)

• Strong understanding of shop floor management and production operations.

• Knowledge of line balancing concepts to optimize productivity and operational efficiency.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate teams and drive operational performance.
