PPIC Electrical

About the role

This role involves creating and organizing electrical production planning based on project and production targets and schedules. You will develop production schedules, monitor electrical work progress from material preparation through production completion, and ensure material and component availability meets production needs.

Key responsibilities

• Create and organize electrical production planning based on target and project/production schedules
• Create production schedules and ensure production processes run according to timeline
• Monitor electrical work progress from material preparation stage through production completion
• Ensure availability of electrical materials and components according to production needs
• Create and monitor Material Requirement Planning (MRP) and material needs based on drawings/BOM
• Coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, Warehouse, Production, and QC regarding material needs and availability
• Monitor material usage and ensure materials used comply with specifications
• Control electrical material inventory and follow up on unavailable materials
• Create production progress reports, material requirements, and field constraints
• Follow up on material and production delays to ensure targets are met

About you

• Minimum education: D3/S1 in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Experience as PPIC Electrical / PPIC / Planner Electrical in manufacturing companies is an advantage
• Understanding of electrical component and material basics
• Able to read electrical drawings, line diagrams, wiring diagrams, and BOM
• Understanding of planning, scheduling, material control, and production monitoring processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, etc.)
• Able to coordinate with various departments
• Detail-oriented, systematic, communicative, and able to work with targets and deadlines
• Able to analyze and problem-solve production/material constraints
