PPIC Internship

About the role

This position will be placed in the PPIC Department. You will conduct analysis on the fulfillment of raw material capacity requirements in the production process, prepare daily RM-PM (Raw Material - Packaging Material) reports based on production needs, and monitor RM-PM requirements against production planning on a regular basis.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct analysis on the fulfillment of raw material capacity requirements in the production process.
• Prepare daily RM-PM (Raw Material - Packaging Material) reports based on production needs.
• Coordinate with the planner team regarding RM-PM scheduling.
• Coordinate with the procurement team regarding RM-PM arrival.
• Monitor RM-PM requirements against production planning on a regular basis.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• Understanding of PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control) processes and material management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data processing tools.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
• Willing to intern for 6 months.
• Only open to graduates who are still eligible to register for the MagangHub Batch 3 program.
